And Now ... The Tour Rules ...

1. All walks (except for private tours) will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Private walks are also available on the weekdays and they also can be booked on weekends, provided there is no previous registration for that night. We would like at least 6 people to attend private walks on a week night; 10 on a weekend.

2, Absolutely no alcohol on a ghost walk. Not only does alcohol make you vulnerable to spirits that might not be so nice, chances are, most spirits don't want to hang out with an inebriated individual anymore than we do.

3. Those who register for a walk then arbitrarily decide not to show without any notice to our ghost walk team will have to prepay for all future walks.

4. All of our ghost walks are copyrighted. Therefore, recording the narration is prohibited, although photographing during the event is encouraged. Using ghost walk material for any tours other than the ones led by Lisa Swickard and her ghost walk team ---- paranormal, historical, or otherwise ---- will result in prosecution.
